Class I+
Last of the whitewater on this section, it starts with a small island on the left side. Go to either side (the left side has a small shady channel if the water is not too low), then down to a small surfing hole (above 750 cfs). Below this the river bends right with a nice wave train. Pass by the open rocky commercial outfitters take-out to a small cove just below. Then dump the water out of your boat, and up the stairs to the Jim Thorpe railroad parking lot and gawking tourists.
