My goals: Compliance and cooperation

The Selinsgrove Area School District should comply with all local, state and federal rules, regulations and laws.

The focus should be on working positively with others to serve the students and community. The district should be a good neighbor and a positive community member.

The curriculum should be aligned to the Pennsylvania State Academic Standards so that our students have the best opportunity to succeed on the PSSAs. I Think I Can, I Think I Can - raising expectations

The district should continue to develop relationships & partnerships with families, community, business, and higher education.

Selinsgrove receives Dual Enrollment grant for second year.

I support a strategic alignment & utilization of staff, facilities, time, fiscal resources and technology

I have made many positive contributions to the district.

Web Projects - Alma Mater Project, Graduation Project Resources, New Student Registration info,

Bluebirds Project, as well as, several hundred other web pages along with many news articles that appeared in local papers.

My husband and I sponsored a field trip to Northway Industries, Inc. for the tech students.

Donated over 170 new books to the district's libraries.

Contributed math enrichment materials to the high school.

Maintained web sites for the Forensics team 2 years, Wrestling teams 4 years, and football team.

I taught two Act 48 courses on making web hunts. I provided them at no cost to the district.

My husband and I maintained the football mural display in our yard while our son, Jay was a player. We discontinued it because Dr. Johnson informed me he was hearing complaints.
