BMSUBFIX.EXE

BMSUBFIX is designed to resolve problems/error messages with 
IBM software, particularly after a clean install of Windows. 
It checks for and if necessary adds the IBM files BMSUBS32.DLL
and BMSUBSET.DLL to C:\IBMTOOLS and ensures that the IBMTOOLS 
folder included in the PATH statement in AUTOEXEC.BAT. This 
resolves error messages referring to missing files belonging 
to IBM software (BMSUBS32.DLL, EZTEXT.DLL etc)
