Meeting adjourned at 5: 00 PM1. For the interim, invoices for dues will be sent out at last years amount. An adjustment will be made once insurance changes and other expected costs are determined.
2. Jay Rose has started the process to transfer the properties from Sunset Ridge Inc, to Sunset Ridge Homeowners Association Inc.
3. Our new mailing address is PO Box 91, Tafton, PA 18464
4. The balance of the monies in the account held by Sunset Ridge Inc. (approx $ 100) will be transferred to the SRHOA checking account. All officers shall be signatories on the account, with two signatories required for amounts over $ 500.
5. There is a fact-finding meeting scheduled with an insurance agent to discuss our insurance requirements, particularly in regard to liability.
6. Richard Hohn is working on a post system for the corner to replace the ‘Gold’ rock.
7. Richard Hohn is also working on the acidic water condition problem
