| Ingredients: | 2 pork loin chops (about 1" thick) 1 TBS. cooking oil 1 can (10-3/4 ounces) condensed cream of mushroom soup, undiluted 3/4 cup milk 3/4 cup uncooked instant rice 1/8 tsp. onion powder 1/8 tsp. garlic powder Dash pepper |
| In a skillet over medium heat, brown pork chops in oil; set aside. In an ungreased 8" square baking dish, combine soup, milk, rice and seasonings; mix well. Top with pork chops. Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until meat is tender. Uncover and bake 5 minutes longer. Let stand for 10 minutes before serving. Yield: 2 Servings | |

| Ingredients: | 4 lean pork chops 1/4 tsp. salt 1/8 tsp. pepper 1 Tbs. shortening 1 can cream of chicken or mushroom soup 2/3 c. evaporated milk |
| Sprinkle pork chops with salt and pepper; brown in hot shortening. Pour off drippings. Mix soup, milk and 1/3 cup water; pour around chops. Bake in 350 degree oven for 45 minutes or until chops are done. Stir gravy well. | |

| Ingredients: | 6 Pork Chops 1 cup uncooked rice 1 cub beef bouillon 1-1/2 cup water 1 can mushroom soup 1/2 can water 1/2 pkg. onion soup mix |
| Brown chops in skillet. Pour aside. Place rice in a greased 9X13" dish. Pour water and bouillon over rice. Place chops on rice. Mix soup and 1/2 cup water and pour over chops. Sprinkle onion soup mix over chops and rice. Cover with fill and bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour. | |

| Ingredients: | 1 envelope soup mix 2/3 cup bread crumbs 8 pork chops 2 eggs, well beaten |
| Combine soup mix and bread crumbs. Dip chops in egg, then bread crumb mixture, coating well. Place in lightly greased large shallow baking dish and drizzle with melted butter. Bake (turning once) for 1 hour at 350 degrees or until chops are tender. |
