Books (Juvenile Aviation Fiction)

Over the years, I've picked up books at flea markets, garage sales, and even little bookstores. Last year I built a floor-to-ceiling, wall-to-wall bookshelf and discovered that I had enough of this particular kind of book to consider it a 'collection' (and that I still don't have enough bookshelves since I also have 'collections' of woodworking, science fiction, cooking, literature, fantasy, geography, etc.!) I've watched the price of 'juvenile aviation fiction' (the best name I've come up with so far) go from $2 per book to around $12 now, so I suppose they are an outstanding investment. At this rate I could retire and live on the proceeds for, oh, two days?

These are listed in alphabetical order, by author, by series, and then by copyright date. My favorites are the later ones - written during World War II, especially by Al Avery and R. Sidney Bowen. Anyone have any more of their books?
