Listening - Teachers and students need to listen to each other. Teachers often do too much of the talking

When we know the answer - we also think we know the SHORTEST or BEST way to get to that solutions. Consider that the best solution method is not the same for every person. We all see things differently.

When we assign problems with unknown answers, we have to listen to our students in a very different way.
