The Sun:
Sunrise- Excellent for spells dealing with purification, success, study, Employment, Breaking addictions, releasing guilt & the conscious mind. Colors associated with Sunrise are: Gold, yellow, and orange.
Noon- Good for spells dealing with invoking strength, energy, protection, & money. Noon-time colors are Red, orange, gold
Sunset- Good for spells dealing with Banishment, Weight loss, & Breaking addictions. Sunset colors are Gold, Red, purple, yellow, and orange
Night- Time for beauty, dreams, spirituality, Sleep, sex, Love, peace, releasing stress & healing wounds, Night time colors are Purple, Blue Silver and Black

The Moon:
Waxing- Time for Positive Spells, Beginnings, Healing, Health, Beauty, and Fertility. White is the colors associated with the Waxing Moon
Full- Positive Magick, Protection, Love, Healing, Spirituality and Psychic awareness. Full moon colors are Silver, White, and blue
Waning- Time for banishments of bad habits, negative thoughts, jealousy, and guilt. Waning Moon colors are Silver, Blue and Purple
New- No Magick should be performed, unless the council of the Crone is needed. New moon colors are Silver, blue, Black and purple.

Seasons:
Spring- Time for Healing, purification, Fertility, Planting Magickal herbs, Ideal for Air Magick. Spring time colors are Green, pink, yellow, and blue
Summer- A time for Love, Marriage, friendship, beauty, Protection, and courage.  Ideal for Fire Magick. Summber time colors are Green, Blue, Red, and Yellow.
Autumn- A time for Money, and employment. Ideal for water Magick. Autumnal colors are Orange, Red, Gold, Yellow, Brown and Blue.
Winter- A time for Banishment, Seeking past lives, and Meditation, Ideal for Earth Magick. Winter-time colors include Black, Silver, Purple, Blue, and White.

Special Times:
Thunder and Lightening- All spells are empowered, protection spells are ideal for this time. Any color works well during a thunderstorm.
Eclipses- Good for banishments as well as unions. Silver Black and Blue are good Eclipse colors.
Snow- excellent for all gentle Magicks, purifications, and stilling emotions. White, Blue and Silver are good Snow Fall colors.
Rain- Excellent for purification, love, beauty and releasing guilt and sorrow. Rain calls for Blue, Silver, White, Purple, and Black.

Colors

White- White is associated with the Moon.  White Candles are burned Specifically during Purification and Protection rituals.  A white candle should always be lit with spells, to ensure the purity of Spirit.
Pink- Pink is good for friendships, it can be used in Compassion and simple love spells.  This color is perfect for Unions, romance and reconciliation's.
Red- Red is the color of Fire, and is associated with Life/Death rituals.  But is mostly associated with Love, Passion, Sex, Courage, and Energy.  Some other uses include; Maintaining Health, and Defensive Magick.
Orange- orange is the color of Happiness, Attraction and Youthful Energy. This color is ideally combined with Red or Pink to add strength to Love and Friendships.
Yellow- Yellow is the Color of Air.  It is used in flying/travel spells.  It is also used to heighten Visualization and Mental Skills.  It's other uses are  Boosting Confidence, Eloquence and Helping one study.
Green- Green is the color of Earth.  It's used for Money Prosperity, Fertility, and Employment.  It's best to burn a green candle when looking for a job, or when Money is needed.
Blue- Blue is the Color of Water.  The most common uses for Blue are for Healing, Psychic work and Peace.  It's also Ideal for Emotions, and cleansing.
Purple- Purple is a very Powerful color.  It can be burned to enhance all Spiritual activities, Religion, and Meditation.  This color has been known to help heal severe Diseases.
Brown- Brown is primarily used for animals.  It's best used with other colors, for example, if an animal is hurt or giving birth- burn a brown candle and a red candle, or if an animal is missing, burn a white or yellow candle with the brown one.  Brown is also a good color for stability.
Black- Black is the most misunderstood of all the colors.  Most believe it's a negative, evil color....when in fact the opposite is true.  Black candles are ideal for Protection, Banishing, and absorbing negative energies.  You can also Burn a black candle to be rid of nasty Habits.
Silver- this is the color of the Goddess, and the Moon. It symbolizes Feminine Energy. A silver candle should be added to any spell or ritual to ensure the Goddess' protection and love are added to your work.
Gold- This is the color of the God and the Sun. I symbolizes Masculine Energy, A Gold candle to should be added to any spell or ritual to ensure the Gods' protection and Strength are added to your work.
