My teachers have been books, and an occasional fellow Pagan, and the following is what I've deducted from all my learning's as the basis of Wicca. The interpretations on this page, are of course my own opinion, and if you feel the need to complain, feel free to e-mail me.

An so,
Harm ye none, do as ye will.
This Law, has the same 'function' as the Christian (and Jewish) 'Golden Rule'
(I.E. do unto others as you'd have done to you) it Prohibits us from doing
anything that may harm anyone, or anything else. It also keeps us from
violating another's Free Will. This is applied to oneself as well; We are
obligated to keep ourselves from harm.
The Three
Fold Law.
Simply put, any energy sent forth will come back three times over (maybe in
one big incident, or in three smaller ones) This law reminds us, that we
are accountable for all we do. So, if you send negative energy, that
negativity will be returned to you 3 times over, same is true for healing,
helpful energy. But always remember to get permission to do a spell for someone,
to avoid breaching his/her free will (which would come back to you 3 times)
it may be helpful to add "and as all will it freely" or "and as
it harms none" to avoid breaking this law.
Harmony
and Balance.
Work to keep your mind and body in healthy. Seek to achieve a balance
between your body, mind, spirit, and actions. Find your thread in the
pattern and follow it.
Trust
& Understanding.
Be true to your word, and follow through with your promises and oaths.
We may have had to deal with what others are going through in past lives, we
must never consider ourselves as better or above others. Be prepared to
give help whenever possible to others.
Tolerance.
We have to learn to endure, with patience, respect, and understanding, those
whose thoughts, beliefs, and opinions are different from our own.
Learning.
Your whole life should be spent learning and practicing what you claim to
know. Always be open to new experiences, as there's always something to
learn.
The Nature of our Way:
Honor all
living things
Don't mock the rituals of others.
Seek Wisdom.
Share Knowledge.
Ensure your actions are honorable.
Beware of those who would dominate you.
Trees contain energies and wisdom that Books never dreamt
of.
Laws of Power
Harm ye None.
Use only as needed.
Use not for prideful Gain.
Know and acknowledge your limits.

I have included the Wiccan Rede as well as the Witches Creed by Doreen Valiente. The Wiccan Rede is considered by some to be the definitive work on Wiccan beliefs. I personally think that it should be used as a guide line more than taken verbatim. It is often shortened, and the words will vary greatly, yet the message is still essentially the same.
The Wiccan Rede
Bide Wiccan Law ye must
in perfect Love and perfect Trust.
Live ye must and let to live
fairly take and fairly give.
Tread the Circle thrice about
to keep unwelcome spirits out.
To bind thy spell well every time
let the spell be spake in rhyme.
Light of eye and soft of touch
speak ye little, listen much.
Honor the Old Ones in deed and name
let love and light be thy guide again.
Deosil go by the waxing moon
chanting out the joyful tune.
Widdershins go when the moon doth wane,
and the wolf does howl by the wolf's bane.
When the Lady's moon is new
kiss thy hand to Her times two.
When the moon rides at Her peak
then thy heart's desire seek.
Heed the North winds mighty gale
lock the door and trim the sail.
When the Wind blows from the East
expect the new and set the feast.
When the wind comes from the South
love will kiss thee on the mouth.
When the wind whispers from West
all hearts find peace and rest.
Nine woods in the Cauldron go,
burn them fast and burn them slow.
Birch in the fire goes
to show what the Lady knows.
Oak in the forest towers with might
in the fire it brings the God's insight
Rowan is a tree of power
causing life and Magick to flower.
Willows at the waterside stand
ready to help us to the Other land.
Hawthorn is burned to purify
and to draw the faerie to thine eye.
Hazel is the tree of wisdom and learning

Four times the Major Sabbats mark
in the light and in the dark.
As the old year starts to wane
the new begins, tis now Samhain.
When the time for Imbolc shows
watch for flowers through the snows.
When the wheel begins to turn
soon the Beltane fires will burn.
As the wheel turns to Lamas night
power is brought to Magick rite.
Four times the Minor Sabbats fall
use the Sun to mark them all.
When the wheel hath turned to Yule
light the log the Horned One rules.
In the spring, when night equals day
time for Ostara to come our way.
When the Sun has reached it's height
time for Oak and Holly to fight.
Harvesting comes to one and all
when the Autumn Equinox does fall.
Heed the flower, bush, and tree
by the Lady blessed ye will be.
Where the rippling waters go
cast a stone, the truth ye will know.
When ye have and hold a need
harken not to others greed.
With a fool no season spend
or be counted as his friend.
Merry Meet and Merry Part
bright the cheeks and warm the heart.
Mind ye Three-fold Laws
ye should
three times bad and three times good.
When misfortune is enow
wear the star upon thy brow.
True in love thee must be
or thy love be false to thee
These Eight words the
Rede fulfill:
"An Harm ye None, Do What Ye Will"
The Witches
Creed
by Doreen Valiente
Hear Now the words of
the witches,
The secrets we hid in the night,
When dark was our destiny's pathway,
That now we bring forth into light.
Mysterious water and fire,
The earth and the wide-ranging air,
By hidden quintessence we know them,
And will and keep silent and dare.
The birth and rebirth of
all nature,
The passing of winter and spring,
We share with the life universal,
Rejoice in the magical ring.
Four times in the year the Great Sabbat
Returns, and the witches are seen
At Lammas and Candlemas dancing,
On May Eve and old Hallowe'en.
When day-time and night-time are equal,
When the sun is at greatest and least,
The four Lesser Sabbats are summoned,
And Witches gather in feast.
Thirteen silver moons in a year are,
Thirteen is the coven's array.
Thirteen times at Esbat make merry,
For each golden year and a day.
The power that was passed down the age,
Each time between woman and man,
Each century unto the other,
Ere time and the ages began.
When drawn is the magical circle,
By sword or athame of power,
Its compass between two worlds lies,
In land of the shades for that hour.
