Yet another piece of burl given to
me by my friend Tom. The block of hard maple I started with had a large void on the
bottom side that made it difficult to chuck. By the time I turned this void away
I ended up with this small, 5" diameter by 1 1/2" tall natural edge bowl. The bottom
of the bowl has some of the tightest burl I have ever seen.
