I actually bought this piece of
burl, I usually only spend money on exotics, since we have so much free wood available
in our area. This cherry burl came from Maine and was the first burl I ever turned.
Both pieces came from the same burl. The larger piece is 6" in diameter and 4" high
while the small piece is 1 1/2" in diameter and 3" tall.
