Isaac Leeper was born 12/14/1810
in Adams County PA and died there 2/17/1901. He enlisted in the 165th PVI 10/16/1862
and was honorably discharged 7/29/1863. He married Susan Osburn 9/17/1844 in Adams
County. Isaac was a member of the GAR Skelly Post #9, Gettysburg. Information
from
his great great great granddaughter.
