consumers and professionals working together for the betterment of those we
serve.
OCAL is dedicated to recovery from
mental illness. Recovery is the development of new
meaning and purpose in one’s life as one grows
beyond the catastrophe of mental illness, it is a way of living a satisfying,
hopeful and
contributing life even with the limitations caused by mental illness.
