PAUPACK CHURCH CHARTER December 9, 2003 This is a strength of the organization. We cultivate this bond through our monthly breakfasts which are normally held at 8:00 am on the first Wednesday of each month SERVICE TO THE CHURCH The group serves as a clearing house for volunteers who wish to serve the needs of the church for specific projects. This tradition has much history. FUND RAISING EVENTS Fund raising events are planned alone or in conjunction with other groups within the Church. Some examples of these activities are: Souper Suppers, Strawberry Festivals, Blueberry and Ice Cream socials, sit down dinners, food tent at the Flea Market, etc SUPPORT FOR OTHER ORGANIZATIONS IN THE CHURCH The men are available and do support other organizations. INVOLVEMENT IN THE DISTRICT AND NATIONAL MOVEMENT There has been little involvement beyond the local efforts. We concentrate on local needs. OUTREACH TO MEN IN THE LOCAL CHURCH AND GREATER COMMUNITY We continue our efforts to reach out to all men. A small group of men meet at 6:00 am on the first Wednesday of each month. |
