From La Guardia Airport - LGA (88 miles)

* Take Grand Central Parkway W towards Triboro Bridge, Manhattan. 
* Grand Central Parkway becomes I-278. 
* Merge onto I-87 N, Major Deegan Expressway. 
* Take Exit 7, merge onto I95 towards George Washington Bridge. 
* Cross George Washington Bridge. 
* After the Bridge take I-80 West "Express." 
* Follow I-80 across New Jersey into PA.  After the Delaware Water Gap toll booth., follow for approximately 5 miles. 
* Take the US-209 Business/Main St. exit– exit number 305 to Downtown Stroudsburg.
