Scenic, challenging and fun, Cherry Valley Golf Course is one of the Poconos’ hidden gems. Cherry Valley is lined with trees. Wildlife shares the fairways with golfers. The course lies in a valley below the Appalachian Trail, offering incredible views of the Blue Mountain. The back nine meanders up and down the mountainside, while Cherry Creek winds through the valley, coming into play on numerous holes on both the front and back nines. Cherry Valley’s small greens and hazards make for a challenging day for all golfers. Our staff at Cherry Valley has demonstrated a commitment to make it one of the best public courses in the area. Improvements to the course, clubhouse and customer service will continue through 2004 and beyond. Cherry Valley is an 18 hole public course with a lounge, restaurant, 14 days advanced tee times and group outings. Tournaments and leagues are welcome. Cherry Valley offers a fun, casual golf experience with a rural beauty that’s hard to beat.

The course at Glen Brook is one of the oldest golf courses in the Poconos. It is a gently rolling course that offers a great variety of holes to play. With scenic mountains in the background, it is a sporty, never boring course to play. Glen Brook brings water into play on five holes and has relatively small greens. If you are tired of billiard table courses (long, flat and uninteresting) then Glen Brook will rekindle a zest for real golf. There’s a challenge on every hole, both for the high and low handicapped. The John Stroud House – The gracious clubhouse for Glen Brook Golf Club, built in the late 1790’s has been lovingly restored and offers luncheon daily plus relaxing cocktails by the fireplace in our 19th century pub. Private parties and meetings can be arranged with our competent staff. On the Fairway Guest Suites – these accommodations feature a luncheonette, color television, air conditioning and in-room telephones, all designed for your comfort.

The famous notch that characterizes Warren County's western skyline is where the Kittatinny Mountains have given way to eons of gentle persuasion by the Delaware River, creating one of the most majestic of New Jersey's natural features between Mount Tammany and Mount Minsi in Pennsylvania.
