Letter of Support for Carl Stevenson, WK3C
2005 Campaign for ARRL Atlantic Division Director

Although I only recently met Carl, WK3C I have found him to be eager, honest and hard working. Carl first telephoned me to introduce himself and let me know that he would be entering the campaign for the Atlantic Division Director.

Since the time Carl, WK3C, first telephoned me, I have met and talked with him several times. On each of those occasions I find that I have become more impressed and more supportive of his effort to become Division Director. In the twenty-five years that I have held an ARRL Field Appointment I have not met anyone who displays more energy and enthusiasm. Nor have I met anyone who displays the willingness to travel all over the Division in his quest to meet and introduce himself to as many Hams as possible. Carl, WK3C, is very knowledgeable on many aspects of radio communications.

Whatever Carl, WK3C, may seem to lack in the way of hands on experience within the ARRL Field Organization, he more than makes up for in his dedication, zeal, and a willingness to discuss various subjects. In the past couple of weeks there is no one who has earned my respect more than Carl, WK3C. I most heartily endorse Carl Stevenson, WK3C, as the most qualified candidate for the position of ARRL Atlantic Division Director.
